Performed construction management, inspections, QA/QC, and environmental integration for major highway corridors. This program was the costliest natural disaster in Colorado history, nearly $4B, spanning twenty-three miles of design for the US 34 roadway, embankment, and structures.

New Orleans Recovery Roads Project

Delivered construction oversight, environmental review, and disaster recovery support for post‑Katrina roadway restoration.

California High Speed Rail

This rail system is projected to connect Northern California to Southern California, through the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center, Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles, with the Salesforce Transit Center in San Francisco, via the Central Valley. The project’s scope included 24 total proposed stations, divided into 3 phases, for a total of approximately 1,500 miles. Proposition 1A was $12.4B for Bakersfield to Merced.
